As a strategic advisor and fractional executive with over 25 years of leadership experience, I work with BIZZMD clients who are navigating growth, operational complexity, or major transitions. My focus is on helping mission-driven and growth-stage organizations—typically between $2M and $25M in revenue—gain clarity, align their systems, and move forward with confidence.

 

At BIZZMD, I step into fractional CEO roles and lead transformation engagements that involve tightening operations, streamlining workflows, redesigning teams and programs, and implementing technologies like AI in ways that are practical, ethical, and aligned with each organization's values.

 

In addition to my role at BIZZMD, I am the Owner and Principal at Perry Marshall Consulting Group and have held senior executive roles across sectors including education, construction, engineering, nonprofits, insurance, and private equity–backed ventures. As Chief Operating Officer of The Arc of Palm Beach County, I led a post-merger transformation that tripled the organization’s size, modernized service delivery, and managed over $25M in assets across multiple statewide initiatives.

 

I approach each project with systems thinking, pragmatic execution, and genuine collaboration. I’m not here to “consult from the sidelines”—I dig in alongside our clients to co-create solutions that are measurable, sustainable, and grounded in their mission.

 

Outside of consulting, I own and operate Sky Elite Volleyball Training, where I coach athletes with the same clarity, structure, and heart I bring to organizational leadership. I hold a Master’s degree from The George Washington University, and a BA Cum Laude from Florida State University. I’ve also taught ethics, humanities, and leadership at the college-level work that continues to shape how I serve BIZZMD clients today.
